about

In Lincolnshire fen folklore, the Tiddy Mun resembles a wizened old man the size of a three-year old child with a long, beak-like nose. Enshrouded in a gray cloak, it haunts fogs and mists, dragging the unwary to a watery grave. The Tiddy Mun is able to control floods and release pestilence from the fens when angered.
